If you are outside of your warranty period, there is still hope. And that hope is found in Larchmere Imports. While I believe that their specialty are BMW's, the staff have broad knowledge of imports and vehicles in general. They are topnotch! Honestly, unless I have to go to Land Rover I will go nowhere else. John, the president, and Dave, the general manager, run the business like it's supposed to be run...like they want people to tell their friends, and like they want to be around and growing for 100 years.

The service isn't the cheapest in town, but it's done expertly and they will truly educate you on your vehicle. Actually on my recent service (the dreaded one to change the belts) I did save about 30% versus the dealer. They are so passionate about the work. I recently had a 10 minute conversation with John regarding a service on my vehicle. The conversation saved me from spending money that I was more than willing to spend in the shop...Dave has done the same with me in the past. They get the fact that that is what will keep me coming back.

After spending way too much money and time at the BMW dealership, the issue we had with our X5 became enough of a problem that we sought out a shop in Cleveland after moving here from Missouri. Larchmere was awesome! Not only did they repair the dreaded "Self-Leveling Suspension Inactive" issue that no one seems to be able to figure out (do a Google search and you will find a host of others with the same issue), but they also saved us a ton of money by working with our warranty company to get some of it covered. Additionally, one of the gentlemen took the time to answer my questions and explain what they found.

Best of all? They had a free loaner available for the duration of the service! HUGE plus for us.

Long story short, we wholeheartedly recommend Larchmere Imports!

John, from Larchmere Imports is a truly GREAT guy! And he runs a world class business.

I was traveling from San Francisco, to Boston and stopped in Cleveland for one day to visit some dear friends. In the process, the hydraulic system related to my clutch leaked and not knowing who to call, I started with BMW in Cleveland. Because it was a Saturday, I was referred to Larchmere, and it was the BEST REFERRAL they could have ever made.

John was there, diagnosed my automotive problem over the phone, and arranged to have my car towed to his shop, and he had it repaired within 2 hours, and I was 'back on the road'...
